How we work with contractors
- Project by project
- Contract specialists join a specific piece of work with a written scope, a fixed fee or day rate agreed up front, and a clear end date.
- Remote, on Eastern Time
- We work remotely with clients across Canada and the US. Some overlap with Eastern Time working hours makes handoffs easier.
- Senior work, reviewed
- We bring in people who can own a task end to end. Every deliverable is reviewed before it reaches a client.
- Confidential by default
- Contractors sign a confidentiality agreement, work inside the access a client grants for the job, and give it back when the job ends.
